Date Plan ① - National Flower Day Date
In honor of National Flower Day on March 23rd, we’re teaming up with these local flower shops to bring you a flower-themed date to celebrate together.
Stroll over to one of these shops listed below for your Flower Shop Date. Browse through the varieties and breathe in the floral scents as you meander throughout the shop. Pick your favorite flowers and ask the florist to help you assemble the perfect bouquet for your date arrangement.

Looking for a way to bring the sizzle and “boil away the boredom” in your dating life? A cooking class with The Sweet and Savory Classroom is a great way to spice things up, learn some new tricks in the kitchen, and have fun as you cook and create together.

Date Plan ④ - Hammock Hangout Date
If you’re looking for a relaxing date with your person to unwind and soak up quality time together, a hammock hangout may be just the fit for you. All it really takes is a hammock and any park or backyard with some sturdy trees. If you don’t have one yet, you can snag an Eno hammock at our local Rock Creek Outfitters.
Not sure what to do while you’re hanging out in your hammock? You can listen to a podcast together, read a book, stream a favorite playlist, or just enjoy each other’s company and conversation.
Another great addition is a picnic to snack on — pack a snack from home, pick up food on the way there, or order a meal from UberEats to be delivered right to your hammock.
